摘要:
临床营养途径分为肠内营养(EN)和肠外营养(PN)。目前早期肠内营养(EEN)越来越受到重视,EEN有助于改善危重症患者的营养状态,减少细菌和内毒素移位,降低肠源性感染风险等。该文从EEN保护肠黏膜屏障的免疫功能、降低肠黏膜屏障通透性、调节炎性因子以降低炎性反应三个方面来综述危重症患者EEN与肠黏膜屏障的相关性研究进展。
