摘要:
胃间质瘤的临床表现缺乏特异性,术前诊断较困难。白光内镜下表现为黏膜下肿瘤,超声内镜(EUS)下可见起源于固有肌层的低回声团块,超声内镜引导下细针穿刺活检术(EUS-FNA)及病理检查有利于术前诊断。内镜治疗具有创伤小、恢复快的优点,近年来在内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)基础上发展了内镜下全层切除术(EFTR)、内镜黏膜下挖除术(ESE)、内镜经黏膜下隧道肿瘤切除术(STER)等多种胃间质瘤的治疗方法。该文就近年来内镜在诊断及治疗胃间质瘤中的进展作一综述。
