摘要:
急性胰腺炎(AP)是临床常见的急腹症,有20%~30%的患者临床病情凶险,总体病死率为5%~10%。近年来AP发病率呈逐渐上升趋势。降钙素原(PCT)是一种新发现的炎性反应介质,目前已逐步被临床认可。近年来因发现其能在早期预测AP的进展情况,及时判断AP患者是否伴发感染等而受到重视,该文就近年来这方面的研究进展作一综述。
