摘要:
肠易激综合征(IBS)是临床常见的功能性肠病,其发病机制为多种因素共同作用而引起的脑-肠互动异常。研究表明女性的IBS发病率高于男性,雌激素及其受体可通过多种中枢及外周途径参与脑-肠互动,从而导致IBS患者的性别差异。该文就雌激素及其受体对IBS影响的研究进展作一综述,以期为IBS患者的诊断和个体化治疗提供新的思路。
