摘要:
结直肠息肉是结直肠癌（CRC）的癌前病变，其病因及发病机制已被广泛研究。胆囊良性疾病与结直肠息肉均为消化系统常见疾病，两者的发病因素及作用机制存在一定相关性。胆囊良性疾病导致结直肠息肉的机制尚未完全明确，其可能的发病机制包括胆汁暴露、基因突变、胆汁酸-肠道菌群轴作用和病因共享。该文就胆囊良性疾病与结直肠息肉相关性的研究进展作一综述。
