- 肠易激综合征(IBS)是临床较为常见的功能性肠病,其患病率在不同国家或地区、不同人群之间存在差异,包括便秘型(IBS-C)、腹泻型(IBS-D)、混合型(IBS-M)和不定型(IBS-U)4种亚型。因IBS的病程较长、易反复、常伴有心理障碍等特点,严重影响了患者的生活质量,并造成了沉重的医疗负担。该文就目前IBS的国内外流行病学研究进展作一综述,以期为IBS的临床诊断和治疗提供参考。
