摘要:
肠易激综合征患者的内脏高敏感发生机制尚未明确,通常认为可能与受体及通道的异常改变、神经递质的改变、肠道菌群的失调等多种因素有关。近年来大量研究发现,大麻素受体、瞬时受体电位香草酸受体1、5-羟色胺及其受体、囊泡谷氨酸转运体、肠道菌群紊乱以及钠离子通道在内脏高敏感的发生中起重要作用。此文就近年来有关内脏高敏感发生机制的研究进展作一综述。
